Off-Campus Offering: PhD Instructional Leadership for Changing Populations  Program Description

Notre Dame of Maryland University is proposing to offer its existing Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership for Changing Populations off-campus at the Eastern Shore Higher Education Center. Notre Dame has struck an agreement with Chesapeake College and Eastern Shore Higher Education Center. Chesapeake College will contribute its Library facilities, classroom spaces, bookstore and food services as well as space for Notre Dame faculty and staff for admissions and student services. To reciprocate, Notre Dame will contribute its library and online services, a master schedule of classes, etc.
